Return & Refund Policy

At Suez Diamonds, we take pride in crafting premium lab-grown fine jewellery. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns in the following situations:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If the jewellery you receive is:

  • Damaged or broken

  • Incorrect or different from what was ordered

You are eligible for a 100% refund.

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared

  • The product must be returned in its original condition

2. Return Due to Preference Change (Exchange / Refund)

If you wish to return the jewellery because you do not like the product or want an exchange/refund, the following buyback policy applies:

  • Diamonds:
    Refunded at 80% of the prevailing market value at the time of return

  • Gold:
    Refunded at 100% of the prevailing market value at the time of return

This applies to both refunds and exchanges requested for personal preference reasons.

Return Shipping Charges

  • A ₹1,000 delivery and handling charge will be deducted for all approved returns (except in cases of damaged or incorrect products)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Inspection & Approval

All returned jewellery undergoes a quality inspection once received at our facility.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after approval by our quality team.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on inspection and payment provider timelines

  • Market value calculations for gold and diamonds will be final and binding

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns may be declined if:

  • The product shows signs of wear, alteration, or misuse

  • The return request is raised after the allowed time frame

  • Original packaging, certificates, or invoices are missing
