  • Customised or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time.

  • International shipping availability will be updated on our website as applicable.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product

  • We will assist with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Suez Diamonds is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply in case of failed deliveries.

Delivery Confirmation
