4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • An order is considered accepted only after payment confirmation.

  • Customised or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund issued in such cases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, logistics, or external factors.

  • Suez Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Eligible for 100% refund

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Returns Due to Preference Change

  • Diamonds: 80% buyback based on prevailing market value

  • Gold: 100% buyback based on prevailing market value

  • A ₹1,000 return shipping/handling charge will be applicable

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
